Brief History
The company was founded in 2017 with the desire to help organizations operate efficiently and effectively. The idea was conceived in 2010 during Ayodeji’s last class of his Master’s program. He understood that every organizational activity is a process, and the success of the organization depends on the efficiency and effectiveness of its processes. Moreover, he learned one of the primary causes of stress in the workplace is poor processes.
The quest to improve organizational efficiency and reduce stress developed his interest in consulting and business management. The idea was turned into action in collaboration with some of his colleagues. They see how many organizations are struggling to fulfill their potential due to redundancies in their processes. The ineffectiveness of many organizational systems is leading to waste, thus leading to unsustainability and eventual destructions of the beautiful dreams of many business owners.
